Data we process
Identity and contact data (name, e-mail, phone, billing address), transaction data (orders, invoices, subscription records), and technical data (IP address, device and browser information, log records).
Card numbers and security codes are transmitted directly to the bank and are never stored on our systems.
Purposes
Creating and managing your account, delivering the service you purchased, issuing invoices, meeting legal and tax obligations, preventing fraud, and providing support.
Legal grounds
Performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests, and — where required — your explicit consent.
Transfers
Data is shared only to the extent necessary with the payment institution that processes your card transaction, our accounting service provider, and public authorities when legally requested.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open; financial records are kept for the statutory retention period and are then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information and correction, request deletion, object to results produced by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.
