Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded electronically between the seller and the buyer under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, before the order is confirmed.

Article 2 — Buyer

The buyer is the person whose name, address, e-mail and phone number are entered on the checkout page. Those details form part of this agreement.

Article 3 — Subject

The subject is the digital subscription service selected by the buyer, whose name, billing period, price excluding VAT, VAT amount and total are displayed on the checkout page and repeated on the invoice.

Article 4 — Price and payment

The total price including VAT is charged in Turkish Lira (TRY) at the moment of purchase, by card, through a 3D Secure protected virtual POS.

No card data is stored by the seller.

Article 5 — Delivery

The service is delivered digitally and is activated on the buyer’s account immediately after the payment is authorised, and in any case within 24 hours. There is no shipment and no delivery fee.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days from the conclusion of this agreement without giving a reason.

For digital content and services performed instantly, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the buyer’s express consent, in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Article 7 — Exercising withdrawal

A withdrawal request is sent to info@3kode.com with the invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the same card within 14 days.

Article 8 — Default

If the payment is not completed or is reversed by the card issuer, the seller is released from the obligation to deliver and the subscription is suspended.

Article 9 — Disputes

Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the buyer’s or the seller’s place of residence are competent, up to the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.

Article 10 — Entry into force

This agreement enters into force when the buyer confirms it electronically on the checkout page and the payment is completed. A copy is retained with the order record.
