Nature of the service
All products on this site are software services delivered over the internet. No physical product is shipped, so no shipping fee applies.
Activation time
Your subscription is activated automatically as soon as the payment is authorised — typically within seconds, and at the latest within 24 hours.
What is included
The plan card and the checkout summary list the exact capabilities, limits and billing period included in your purchase.
Access
Access is granted through the account you used for the purchase, under Dashboard › My subscriptions. A paid invoice is available for download at any time.
Renewal
We issue a renewal invoice with a payment link before the current period ends. Your card is never charged automatically; the service continues once you pay that invoice.
If activation fails
If a payment succeeds but the service is not activated, contact info@3kode.com with your invoice number. We activate it manually or refund you in full.
